At the Fish Camp Bar Osteen has created a cozy neighborhood bar, decorated with mounted fish, black and white photos, and quirky additions that include lighting covered in fishing lure, a large hot pink Styrofoam shrimp. Set among the centuries old oak trees, flowering camellias and azaleas, a large outside deck features a lively bar with strings of fish lights and whimsical art suspended from the ceiling. The menu conveys the same sense of fun -entrees like the local pan-fried flounder sandwich on Ciabatta bread and the Shrimp Salad roll are simply irresistible. And more than one diner has been caught licking his lips over the Slow smoked pork barbecue sandwich.
