Restaurateur Chef Joseph Keller’s award-winning Bistro Zinc reopened Wednesday, August 15. The little lakeside bistro with the big Parisian taste, served a full house of loyal customers and Zinc-initiates. “All along this whole journey, our customers were calling and emailing, telling us they can’t wait to get back. I set a timeline for our re-opening,” Chef Keller said. “We made it and Bistro-Zinc has been restored to its former glory.”
