Dian

Opened in 2021 in Prague’s Brumlovka, Dian Restaurant presents modern Vietnamese cuisine with an innovative approach. Under the leadership of chef Petr Brňák and in collaboration with brothers Khanh and Giang Ta, who are behind the successful establishments Gao Den and Taro, Dian offers dishes that combine traditional recipes with modern techniques. The restaurant's interior is decorated in natural tones, using wooden elements and more than 150 plants, creating a pleasant and lively atmosphere.
