Levitate, led by Chef Christian Chu, is one of the most unique and promising establishments on the Prague fine dining scene. Located on Vinohradská Street, it offers a unique experience that combines Asian flavors with the Nordic philosophy of using local ingredients. Inspired by his Asian roots and European environment, Chu creates a menu that changes with the seasons and is divided into three pillars: Aqua, Fauna and Flora. Guests can choose between a 12- and 18-course tasting menu, which is complemented by carefully selected drink pairings. The restaurant’s interior is inspired by Scandinavian design, with an emphasis on natural materials and artistic elements.
