Next Door by Imperial

Next Door by Imperial is a younger sister establishment of the famous Hotel Imperial, which was opened under the leadership of Zdeněk Pohlreich with the aim of combining traditional cuisine with a modern approach. The elegant interior with an open kitchen combines the atmosphere of the First Republic with current gastronomic trends. Chef Ondřej Jíňa , with extensive experience from domestic and foreign establishments, relies on seasonal ingredients, precise technique and an emphasis on taste. The menu offers a modern concept of Czech cuisine as well as European classics.
