About the restaurant

REST. "Na Dolejší" restaurant in Prague's Podolí specializes in fresh fish and seafood, which arrive daily in the kitchen. Under the leadership of chef Daniel Lola, in the summer it will impress with grilled calamari prepared on a special grill. In addition, it offers approximately 200 types of wines, its own pastries and cold cuts, a seasonal tasting menu and themed events such as tuna slicing, slaughterhouses or a Christmas market. The restaurant continues the tradition of the original inn "Na Dolejší", which had a license to sell alcohol at its address as early as 1849. The name "Rest." today covers several businesses, which is why it is specified by the location "Na Dolejší".
