The Obecní dům restaurant is located right in the Art Nouveau pearl of Prague at Náměstí Republiky 5 and represents an exceptional combination of a noble atmosphere with honest Czech gastronomy in a modern concept. Under the leadership of chef Lumír Toušek, a menu is created that is based on traditional ingredients, but approaches them creatively and with an emphasis on seasonality. The menu includes classics of Czech cuisine as well as tasting menus that change according to the season.
The restaurant's interior respects the historical context of the building and preserves the original Art Nouveau decoration - high ceilings, rich stucco and representative views of one of the liveliest places in the center of Prague.
In addition to the lunch and dinner menu, the restaurant also offers weekend brunches. These are designed as a rich selection of hot and cold dishes, including desserts, complemented by quality wines.
