Ristorante Da Emanuel is located in Prague's Dejvice at Charles de Gaulle 4 and has been representing traditional Italian gastronomy in the capital for more than two decades. The restaurant was founded by Emanuel Ridi, a well-known chef and personality of the Czech gastronomic scene. Today, the company, under the leadership of Milan Holub, focuses on honest Italian cuisine, with an emphasis on high-quality ingredients, direct imports from Italy and authentic recipes, just as it did in the beginning.

The menu sticks to the classic basics – fresh pasta, seafood, quality fish and meat. The menu also includes popular specialties such as vitello tonnato, carpaccio and risotto al tartufo. Desserts such as tiramisu and panna cotta are prepared according to traditional Italian methods.

The restaurant's interior is elegant and understated, with elements of Mediterranean aesthetics. The atmosphere of the establishment is complemented by the personal approach of the staff, a quiet garden in the summer months and an extensive wine list with Italian wines.
