The Sladovna Cvikov restaurant is located in the grounds of the historic Cvikov brewery in the heart of the Lusatian Mountains and forms the culinary backbone of the entire complex. Under the leadership of chef Dominik Veselý, a former member of Pavel Sapík's team at the Bocuse d'Or and a finalist in the prestigious Chef of the Year competition, it offers modern Czech cuisine with an emphasis on seasonal and local ingredients.
The restaurant's menu is based on the traditions of the North Bohemian region and combines classic recipes with modern gastronomy. Of course, the dishes are harmoniously paired with craft beer directly from the local brewery - the most popular ones include the light lager Klíč 12°, Hvozd 11° or the semi-dark Sváteční 13°.
