About the restaurant
The Šílová winery is located in the center of Mikulov. It is a family business that continues more than fifty years of winemaking tradition. The winery manages approximately 10 hectares of vineyards in the vicinity of Mikulov, Novosedly and Dobrý Pole. It focuses primarily on the production of white wines, which account for 80% of production, from varieties such as Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, Pinot Blanc and Neuburger. Annual production is approximately 25,000 bottles.
The winery features a restaurant serving dishes made from fresh local ingredients. The menu changes regularly and is designed to complement the wines on offer. The winery also offers accommodation in modern apartments with views of the Holy Hill, making it an ideal place for weekend stays, weddings or corporate events.
The entire complex combines historic architecture with modern design and offers visitors an authentic experience of the Mikulov wine region.
