Buyer - a natural or legal person who concludes a purchase contract through the website.
All contractual relationships are governed by the applicable legal regulations of the Czech Republic, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Act.
Order and conclusion of contract
The offer of goods on the website is non-binding and serves as an invitation to submit an offer by the buyer.
The purchase contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the operator via e-mail.
The order can be made via the web form.
Price and payment terms
All prices are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.
The buyer can choose the payment method:
online payment (by card, bank transfer)
The operator reserves the right to change prices. The price valid at the time of ordering is binding.
Delivery terms
Digital products (e.g. PDF versions of guides) are delivered by email or by providing a download link.
Physical products (e.g., printed yearbook) are delivered via a contracted carrier to the address specified in the order.
The delivery time is usually within 5 working days. The buyer will be informed of any extension.
Withdrawal from the contract (consumer)
The buyer, who is a consumer, has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised:
for digital products that were delivered with the buyer's consent before the withdrawal period expired
for customized goods
The withdrawal must be sent in writing (e.g. by email) stating the order number.
In the event of withdrawal, we will refund the purchase price to the buyer's bank account within 14 days.
Complaints and liability for defects
The operator is liable for defects in accordance with legal regulations.
Complaints can be made by email or in writing with a description of the defect and a copy of the proof of purchase.
The deadline for handling a complaint is 30 days.

Final provisions
These terms and conditions come into effect on July 13, 2025.
The operator reserves the right to change the terms and conditions. The new version will be published on the website.
All disputes arising from the contractual relationship will be resolved amicably, or in court, in accordance with the legal system of the Czech Republic.
