We are a Czech brand with energy, vision and determination to raise the bar in Czech gastronomy, culture of life and services. We stand behind projects that inspire, cultivate and create standards where they were previously lacking. Our mission is to deliver quality – legibly, reliably and with respect for detail.

Cultivating gastronomy as a mission

Czech gastronomy has been dynamically changing in recent years – Prague and many regions offer world-class restaurants. However, one crucial element was missing: a unified, professional, Czech and transparent rating system. And that is exactly what we came up with.

Since 2014, we have been building a national system of independent gastronomic evaluation under the BEST RESTAURANT brand. A team of trained inspectors anonymously visits dozens of top establishments across the country, monitors over 60 parameters and publishes the results in a prestigious yearbook. The Golden Lions system we created has become a respected brand of excellence and a reference point for all those looking for true quality.

Our work helps not only guests, but also chefs, restaurateurs and investors – it increases transparency, motivates performance,
sets clear standards for the level of Czech gastronomy.
