Augustine Restaurant is located in the historic center of Prague, in the premises of a former Augustinian monastery from the 13th century. Under the leadership of chef Jan Horák, who draws on his extensive experience from Michelin-starred restaurants in Copenhagen, Milan and Berlin, the restaurant offers modern European cuisine with an emphasis on seasonal and local ingredients. The menu changes regularly and reflects the current seasonal offer. The restaurant's interior combines historical elements with modern design, creating an elegant and peaceful atmosphere. In the summer months, a terrace in the monastery garden with a sundial is available. The complex also includes The Refectory bar with a Baroque fresco on the ceiling.
