Bílá kráva is a family restaurant with a French soul that has been bringing the atmosphere of the Charolais countryside to Prague's Vinohrady district since 1993. It specializes in steaks made from mature Charolais beef, sourced from Czech breeders. Each piece of meat has its own "birth certificate" with information about its origin, age and maturation period. The menu also includes lamb from its own farm in Myštěves and fruit spirits from the Radlík Distillery.
