Borgo Agnese has been a fixture on the Brno gastronomic scene since 2008. Under the leadership of chef and co-owner Michal Prachař, the restaurant offers modern Mediterranean cuisine with an emphasis on freshness, seasonality and precise processing of ingredients. The menu combines Italian, French and Czech influences, with Asian inspirations as well. The menu offers five-, seven- or ten-course tasting menus, as well as à la carte dishes.
The restaurant's interior is elegant and spacious, with a view of the archaeological finds of the Gothic presbytery.
