Kohout NA VÍNĚ is a fine dining restaurant and wine bar in the Brno House of Arts. Under the leadership of chef Ondřej Pavlík, it offers seasonal cuisine with an emphasis on creativity and quality ingredients. The restaurant's specialty is the dish "Kohout na víne", the preparation of which changes according to the current ideas of the culinary team.
The restaurant offers two tasting menu options, which represent a cross-section of the entire à la carte menu and are complemented by carefully selected wine pairings. The wine list includes over 200 types of wines from all over the world, with an emphasis on natural wines from Moravia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary and Italy. Thanks to CORAVIN technology, it is possible to taste even more expensive wines by the glass.
The restaurant's interior combines dark wood and comfortable armchairs, with a wine cellar lining one wall. The atmosphere is intimate and friendly.
