The chef is Tomáš Černý, who started cooking as a little boy. He was supported by his mother, who let him see the secrets of the kitchen, and he soon discovered that cooking was
his life's path. He trained at the U Krbu training school and gained his first experience at the Ambassador Hotel. Even then, he went to work early to learn as much as possible - from meat processing to fish preparation.
His culinary philosophy is honest craftsmanship, simplicity and authenticity. He himself says that he does not want to experiment unnecessarily, but to cook in a way that guests immediately understand, enjoy and return to. Therefore, the menu includes both meat dishes and a wide selection of dishes for vegetarians.
